YES! you will always have Product Support! Jaltest support will help you in those cases where you are unable to use the tool due to a software error, see some examples below:


  • Software installations.
  • Updates Issues.
  • License Corrupt.

  • Dedicated phone line for ATS Subscribers.

ATS Level II (Repair Support) 

 

  • Help running the actions by having the ATS technician on the line.
  • Interpretation of technical information for the user.
  • Access technical information not yet available in Jaltest.
  • Have a Diesel Expert on the line with you to repair your vehicles.
  • Remote connection.
  • Dedicated phone line for ATS Subscribers.
  • Access to 2 tickets for  Jaltest Central Services (Paccar Parameter Changes, Cummins Calibrations Revisions, International Body Controller Update).
